Beverly Huffman is a Compliance Analyst bringing over 20 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, data analysis and process improvement spanning a variety of industries and business units. She has extensive experience in leveraging technology ensuring teams can provide best in class customer experience and service. Prior to joining Chartwell, Beverly was a Senior Systems Analyst in the AML department of MVB Bank and before that served as a Fraud Analyst for Atlantic Union Bank.
Prior to her time in the financial services industry, Beverly spent 8 years at Habitat for Humanity International as Director of Support Services Center. Beverly led B2B and B2C teams with over 180,000 interactions annually. Her Affiliate Support Team assisted over 1,200 U.S. affiliates with organizational development, reporting, mortgage origination and much more. Beverly’s strategic work expanding the development and use of customized tools lead to extensive improvements in data driven decisions, assessment of affiliate performance and subsequent support programs.
Beverly holds a BA and Masters in Business Management and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She also holds a Six Sigma Green belt.
Beverly resides in the Richmond, VA area and enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the Commonwealth. Her dog Lexi keeps her active with hiking and running through canine agility courses.
