Andrea Sepulveda serves as an administrative assistant at Chartwell with several years of communication and planning experience. Key aspects of her role include vendor management and coordination for corporate functions, event planning, and communications scheduling.
Andrea brings a unique skill set to the team as she has more than four years of public speaking, operational design, and routine management experience.
Prior to working at Chartwell, Andrea spent more than four years at Zoo Miami, working with exotic animals such as lions, tigers, bears, elephants, crocodiles, and more. Andrea has a strong passion for animal welfare, including animal rescue and fostering as well as embarking on an entrepreneurial pathway of selling custom pet furniture to sponsor her local shelter.
Andrea has a Masters in Business Administration, allowing her to apply a broad range of knowledge and expertise related to management practices. In addition to her MBA, Andrea has aspirations of delving into the field of regulatory compliance as a certified specialist.
In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and furry friends. She enjoys going on outdoor adventures, leisurely bike rides, designing and building various home improvement projects, and practicing her creative writing skills.
