Olivia Turner serves as a Compliance Assistant for Chartwell Compliance and brings over 3 years of experience in compliance and mortgage broker and lending license acquisition as well as ongoing license maintenance and administration.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Olivia worked at Loan Pronto, Inc. where she was responsible for various compliance activities including license acquisition and maintenance utilizing the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (“NMLS”). During her time at Loan Pronto, Inc. Olivia spearheaded the transition of several licenses from Broker to Lender and also oversaw mortgage loan audits, denials, and withdrawals within the company. Before Loan Pronto, Olivia worked at Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, NC where she was an Event Planner. During her time at Quail Hollow she was able to work the 2017 PGA Championship and 2018 Wells Fargo Championship.

Olivia is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

Olivia lives in Charlotte, NC with her boyfriend and collection of animals – RJ, Sadie, Mama Cat. In her spare time, she loves browsing antique stores, shark tooth hunting at the beach, and trying out new spots around the city.
