Talia also has extensive experience with a wide range of Secretary of State activities and related actions.

Talia Lowery serves as an Associate at Ankura. She brings two years of experience in license maintenance and acquisition for mortgage brokers, consumer and mortgage lenders, mortgage loan originators, debt collectors and adjusters, as well as mortgage and master servicers.

Prior to joining Ankura, Talia worked for BuckleyLLP/APPROVED, a global law firm, where she was responsible for new licensing applications, maintaining regulatory reporting requirements, and renewals in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and various state portals.

Furthermore, Talia has extensive experience assisting new entities and subsidiaries with Secretary of State filings and reporting as well as various amendments such as the addition of “other trade name”, “doing business as”, and a variety of “advance change notice” actions.
