Designed for both new and experienced users of NMLS and for both regulators and industry attendees, the NMLS Conference will provide a valuable opportunity for NMLS users to exchange information on system and regulatory compliance issues related to their organizations.
Chartwell will also participate in the NMLS Ombudsman meeting by discussing enhanced uploading features for uniform periodic reports on NMLS that might eventually eliminate the need for companies to mail documents to the states. The NMLS Ombudsman provides the industry users of NMLS and other interested parties with a neutral venue to discuss issues or concerns regarding NMLS use and policies governing the System.
